manila art t-shirt design

It was supposed to be an entry for the 2006 Manila Art T-shirt Design competition but due to wrong dimensions, I never submitted it. I submitted a new design and got in as a finalist. SO we were PROMISED a half-scholarship 'til graduation, BUT the prizes were not granted. Even the Grand Prize winners weren't compensated in any way. PLUS we didn't get our artworks back...yey...T_T. To the one who spearheaded the competition, may you be blest by the Force.
